Job description:

Part-Time Floater Janitorial Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:30 PM–12:00 AM
Pay: $15.50 per hour plus mileage
Hours: Part-time
Requirement: Must have your own reliable vehicle

Duties & Responsibilities

Travel to different job locations as needed.
Provide cleaning coverage for assigned accounts.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
Empty trash and replace liners.
Replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Follow cleaning procedures and company standards.
Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or other concerns to management.

Full-Time Janitorial Troubleshooter
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday | 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

Travel between multiple job locations to provide cleaning support.
Cover open shifts and assist accounts when additional help is needed.
Address cleaning issues and help maintain company quality standards.
Perform general janitorial and deep-cleaning duties.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
Replenish supplies and report supply shortages.
Identify and report maintenance or cleaning concerns.
Work independently and manage multiple locations and priorities.
Provide reliable support to the team and ensure accounts are properly maintained.

Requirements for Both Positions

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Must be flexible and willing to travel to different job locations.
Must have reliable transportation.
Floater position requires your own vehicle.
Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Must be comfortable working in different facilities and environments.

Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
